Welcome jumpmasters to a shiny new episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. Today we discuss the recent release of Loba and Season Five and my somewhat review of the season. It's not a complete review as I'm unable to discuss the new PvE quests as they are currently unavailable to play.
I do plan to discuss each hunt as and when they become playable in-game but until then here are my opinions on everything else that comes with Season Five which includes the new changes to legends like Mirage and Gibraltar. I also give my early impressions on Loba and the changes to Kings Canyon. Lastly, I get into the new weapon changes and how hop-ups are a big problem at the moment.
Thank you so much for listening to this week's episode of the show and I'll be back shortly to discuss the new weekly quests but until then get ready to drop...Ghostly Out!
Welcome Jump masters to a newly wrapped episode of King's Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. This week's episode is the last one before the holidays but it's extra festive. Respawn Entertainment gave us an earlier Christmas present in the form of the new holiday event in the form of Mirage's Holoday Bash. We break down everything from the event such as the 24 new skins/cosmetics, the cool new game mode called Winter Express and the bumping new town takeover called Mirage's Voyage. Thanks for listening and have a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays.
What’s up jump masters welcome to a spooky new episode of King’s Canyon radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. I recently went away on holiday for a week so I completely missed the announcement of the apex legends new collection event called Fight Or Fright. Rather than I come on the mic and just talk about what’s new I thought I'd break down my opinions of it. Basically, I thought a review of it would make a so much better show.
What're folks, I hope you’re ready to drop into another episode of King’s Canyon Radio - an Apex Legends Podcast. The only problem is everyone left me here alone while they go party on World’s Edge. Jokes asides Season 3 is here and it brings with it some awesome new additions. Not only that but it’s brought a brand new sense of excitement to the game and hopefully this show. I’ve coasted by for a while because I was unsure where i wanted to take the show but with the launch of the new season, it’s given me some ideas on how we can refresh the show and make it good again. that was a close one lol.
That refresh is currently percolating in my brain cage and hopefully, will the see the light of day in the coming weeks. For now though we breakdown my opinions on everything season 3. We discuss the new map, hop up.s, longbow dmr, triple take, r-99, r-301, flatline, g7 scout and so much more. I also discuss my feelings on the changes made to the battle pass, spoiler on that i’m indifferent.
Welcome, Jump Masters to a coffee-fuelled episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. I've had a lot of coffee during the process of recording this episode so I may or may not be more strange in this episode if that's even possible. Anyway on to what we talk about in today's episode. We discuss the recent announcement of the previous leaked psychical versions of Apex Legends coming to retail and the awesome new teases for the upcoming legend for season three called Crypto. It's a pretty rad episode of the show if I do say so myself. I am super biased though as I created it so there’s that.
Welcome, Jump Masters to Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. This is a somewhat delayed episode as it was recorded and wasn’t uploaded in a timely manner but it’s definitely a spicy episode. We discuss the somewhat recent Voidwalker event and how i wasn’t a big fan of it. It’s not a great event or a great way to respond after the recent debacle but hey Respawn gonna do what Respawn does. Which is go for that money.
Welcome Jumpmasters to another episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. Well, it’s a slightly outdated episode as I forgot to upload this episode as well as the episode after it to the feed. That’s my bad on that one. Anyway, my mind is a blur on this episode but we do discuss some leaked information from season 3 and the contents of the battle pass so there's that. Sorry for the episode being late but this show has become less of a priority compared to my other show and other internet things.
What’s up folks and welcome to another episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. This week’s episode brings a little more heat than a typical episode but I do feel it is justified with the current state of the event. The Iron Crown event IS whale bait disguised as an event. There were many updates provided that don't talk about in this episode due to it be recorded before they went up but i feel the need to include them in the description for continuity reasons. Some respawn entertainment developers on Reddit decided to respond to users in an unprofessional manner. Some of the comments were disgusting but I personally don’t think it’s necessary for respawn to shrink down to the same level as the scumbags online. Vince Zampella shouldn't have to come out and apologize on behalf of some members of staff for being unprofessional.
Any personal comments directed at anyone is not okay and I completely understand wanting to attack back but that never works when you're in a position like Respawn is. PR companies exist for a reason and it’s for reasons like this. You can't expect players to want to pay 180 dollars or more on one event and expect everyone to act in a civil manner, nor can you if you respond by calling players freeloaders/ explicit.
After this recent disaster which was completely avoidable, I'm unsure if I will continue this podcast. On one hand I love making the show and it's doing pretty well thanks to you the listener but on the other hand, do I want to support a game that not only doesn't respect my time as a player but also neither does the developers. There'll be at least one more episode but for now, I need to reflect on the future of Kings Canyon Radio.
Welcome Jump Masters to a newly created episode of Kings Canyon Radio, your number one (in my mind) Apex Legends Podcast. Today’s episode is one of those slow ones that don’t really have a lot of content, similar to Apex Legends. Anyhoo we do discuss what’s happen with challenges as we investigate into if they are focused on characters you don’t play. I also breakdown the details of the recent update that includes a bunch of fixes and ways to deal with cheaters plaguing the game.
Welcome To Kings Canyon Radio, Your new favorite Apex Legends Podcast. Well i hope so, if not i don’t really know what to tell you bud. I suppose just search Apex Legends podcast into your search engine of choice.
Welcome Jump masters to a brand new episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. Over the course of the past few weeks, I’ve struggled to pull an episode out from the dark side of the moon but not this week. Why you may ask? well, the fine people at Respawn Entertainment decided to drop a brand new event for Apex Legends called The Legendary Hunt and they weren’t playing. We’ve got a new skin for Wraith called the Night Terror and a really cool R-301 Carbine Skin called Honored Prey and that’s just for Battle Pass owners. There are now challenges that will unlock a new skin for the G7 Scout, Triple Take and one for the titular Bloodhound. Oh and there’s something called double XP for both leveling and battle passing.
Lastly, they go into details about some changes coming to season two for the battle pass. we break all that down and more on today's episode.
Welcome Jumpmasters to a brand new episode of Kings Canyon Radio - an Apex Legends Podcast.
Firstly before we break down what's coming over the course of this week's episode I want to tell you that on the week of the 4th of June, I will be taking the week off. The reason behind it is for personal reasons but it's also to take a break before the onslaught of E3 2019 begins.
In today's episode, we discuss why Anthem failing is important for Apex Legends future and how the revenue for apex legends has dropped extremely low compared to the launch month of the game.
Welcome Jumpmasters to Kings Canyon Radio, an apex legends podcast. This week’s episode comes at the same time as another mainly due to the fact I had an issue with editing the last one. the issue was I didn’t want to edit, I just wanted to pick up some wins in Bone Town (Skull Town) Seriously though I really had trouble with the amount sass I had with the episode, so much so that I nearly didn’t release the show.
Anyway, on today’s episode, we discuss Apex Legends Coming to mobile devices, and Apex Legends was apparently EA Biggest hit ever. That was about it, it’s slim picking folk and i pick those slims as best as I can.
Welcome Jumpmasters to a brand new episode of Kings Canyon Radio. Okay so technically it’s not entirely brand new ass it’s two weeks old. This is mainly due to my lack of enthusiasm to edit the darn thing. I really struggled to get this episode out because of amount of sass in this episode. I’m not normally so negative about a thing but I was for this particular topic. I think it’s mainly due to the clear focus of Apex Legends being a money grabbing game like every other EA title. I don’t understand why it takes so much to get just one Apex pack or why can’t I use my currency to buy anything other than re-colours of skins and new legends which aren’t exactly coming frequently.
It makes no sense to why I can buy a re colour but not the skin itself. It just frustrates me to no end that this game which I’m really enjoying is struggling for the content which is something they are causing themselves. Anyway, it today’s episode we discuss respawn entertainment plans for the next battle pass, new legend, a new weapon, map changes and much more which will be revealed at E3 2019.
Welcome back Jump masters to another episode of Kings Canyon Radio. Okay so when i was setting up this week’s show i ran into a bit of a problem. The first was that i’ve pretty much covered most tips and tricks for Apex Legends. There always be something new but the game hasn’t really evolved since launch. The Second issue is a similar one and that is the fact that i covered most of the lore from the game.
Welcome Jump masters to episode nine of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast.
I'm not entirely happy with how this episode turned out. I started to feel low energy before i even started as i recorded an episode of The HelloGhostly Games Podcast just before this one and i wasn't feeling 100 percent. I do apologize for that and hope next week episode comes together a little easier.
Anyway, on today's show we discuss the newest patch for Apex legends called 1.1.1 which includes such changes as Caustic and Gibraltar buffed, wingman nerf'd more, Spitfire being tuned, Havoc being buffed because of the battle pass and a battle pass xp bonus event.
Other than that we also talk about some more lore in Lore Galore, tips and tricks and that's it.
Welcome Jump Masters To your new favorite Apex Legends Podcast, Kings Canyon Radio. This weeks episode is a little bit of the slim side of things due to the lack of news and also i struggled with finding new tips and tricks, as well as lore. Mainly due to me feeling like utter garbage but also because i basically didn’t function for about four days. It was rough. Oh and Respawn practically confirmed that no Nintendo Switch version isn’t in the works so yeah. a pretty trashy week.
Welcome Jump masters to another episode of Kings Canyon Radio. This episode is super late due to the plague returning for me. It didn’t manage to claim me this time but it did take me out for five days or so.
In today’s episode we discuss the highs and lows and i mean lows of patch 1.1, it wasn’t a great week if you’re a Respawn entertainment developer that’s for sure. We also break down some tips and tricks for Apex Legends with a side of lore and what i want for the future of Apex Legends.
Welcome Jumpmasters to a brand new episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. This weeks episode is running super late compared to the normal drop time. I was a little AFK on this one due to serve sickness.
In Today's episode, we discuss Bang A Lot, Bang Some Lore, Oh that’s right it’s Bangalore. We break down her backstory in lore galore, provide some tips and tricks on how to best utilise her abilities(not the best tips, I tend to play wraith okay) and lastly we talk about my favorites (which are few) and my least favorites (which are many) parts of season ones battle pass for Apex Legends.
Welcome Jump masters to another episode of Kings Canyon Radio- An Apex Legends Podcast. In today's episode we discuss the newly released season one battle pass(which isn't great), Octane jumping into action in the Apex Games, my favorite weapon combinations and the best tips and tricks on how to master Octane to get a leg up on the competition.
Welcome to Kings Canyon Radio, your new favorite Apex Legends Podcast. We'll be discussing the recent news from the world of apex legends, tips and tricks, lore, tier list building and whatever else comes from my crazy brain cage.

We also talk the latest going ons from the world of Apex Legends such as the newly added jump pads that could be teasing Octane, cheaters on pc getting banned and more.
Welcome to another episode of Kings Canyon Radio: an Apex Legends Podcast.
Today's episode is early so that's exciting, not really i just managed to get it edited in time and kinda wanted to upload it a little early. We discuss a bunch of stuff such as Vince Zampella confirms that Apex Legends has hit 50 million legends (players) across all platforms (PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4). We also breakdown the recent patch notes for the latest update and it's a big one. Some of the highlights include changes to hitboxes, pistols possibly being adjusted in the future, legend abilities getting slight nerfs and buffs and the wingman and peacekeeper getting nerfed significantly. I briefly discuss Apex Legends leaking a year before release and no one noticed, Tiers of joy (tier list) for drop locations, Caustic being a super crazy mad scientist dude and lastly a tip on how to counter Caustic traps.
Welcome back Jump masters to the second episode of Kings Canyon Radio. This week is a little on the shorter side of things due to the lack of news but that doesn’t mean i have nothing to talk about. I break some wicked cool Mirage lore about his past and his family, a really cool tip for pathfinder( you could say i located some help information this time and lastly we discuss my current tier list which focuses on weapons this time. Trust me I’ve got some less than favorable opinions when it comes to weapons.
Welcome squaddie's and jumpmasters alike to the first episode of my brand new Apex Legends podcast called Kings Canyon Radio. In today’s episode we breakdown all the happenings from the world of Apex such as a possible leak of two new legends, Wraith being an anime character, a definitive tier list for characters, a brief bit of lore regarding Banglore and the IMC and much more.
