26: Apex Legends Season 4 Review

Welcome Jumpmasters to a shiny brand new episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. In been a little while since I posted an episode of the show but we're back in full force with a review of season four of Apex Legends. We discuss everything new such as Revenant the legend killer, map changes such as The Harvester, Capitol City splitting in two and the new weapon racks. That's not all though, I also breakdown the balance changes, the lackluster battle pass and the sparkly new sniper rifle the Sentinel. Basically, it's a jam-packed episode filled with all the thoughts and feelings of the new content and what may come in the future.

As always thanks so much for listening to the ramblings of this mad man and I'll catch you in worlds edge but until then get ready to drop... Ghostly Out

GRAND SOIRÉE ARCADE EVENT - Episode 25 Kings Canyon Radio - Apex Legends Podcast

Welcome Jumpmasters to the future and a brand new episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. This week's episode was a bit of a struggle to pull together. There was nothing really to talk about until the blessing that is Respawn Entertainment dropped The Grand Soiree Arcade Event. A somewhat sophisticated event focusing on 7 rotating game modes, new cosmetics and much more. The way you earn rewards has been drastically changed too, here's hoping we still get rewards.

Anyway, that's about it but for SEO purposes here are the seven-game modes coming to this event in the form of a list.

What’s up jump masters welcome to a spooky new episode of King’s Canyon radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. I recently went away on holiday for a week so I completely missed the announcement of the apex legends new collection event called Fight Or Fright. Season 3 Is Here And It's Great - Episode 21 Kings Canyon Radio - Apex Legends Podcast

Season 3 Is Here And It's Great - Episode 21 Kings Canyon Radio - Apex Legends Podcast

What're folks, I hope you’re ready to drop into another episode of King’s Canyon Radio - an Apex Legends Podcast. The only problem is everyone left me here alone while they go party on World’s Edge. Jokes asides Season 3 is here and it brings with it some awesome new additions. Not only that but it’s brought a brand new sense of excitement to the game and hopefully this show. I’ve coasted by for a while because I was unsure where i wanted to take the show but with the launch of the new season, it’s given me some ideas on how we can refresh the show and make it good again. that was a close one lol.

That refresh is currently percolating in my brain cage and hopefully, will the see the light of day in the coming weeks. For now though we breakdown my opinions on everything season 3. We discuss the new map, hop up.s, longbow dmr, triple take, r-99, r-301, flatline, g7 scout and so much more. I also discuss my feelings on the changes made to the battle pass, spoiler on that i’m indifferent.

Iron Crown Cash In Event - Episode 17 Kings Canyon Radio - Apex Legends Podcast

Iron Crown Cash In Event - Episode 17 Kings Canyon Radio - Apex Legends Podcast

What’s up folks and welcome to another episode of Kings Canyon Radio - An Apex Legends Podcast. This week’s episode brings a little more heat than a typical episode but I do feel it is justified with the current state of the event. The Iron Crown event IS whale bait disguised as an event. There were many updates provided that don't talk about in this episode due to it be recorded before they went up but i feel the need to include them in the description for continuity reasons. Some respawn entertainment developers on Reddit decided to respond to users in an unprofessional manner. Some of the comments were disgusting but I personally don’t think it’s necessary for respawn to shrink down to the same level as the scumbags online. Vince Zampella shouldn't have to come out and apologize on behalf of some members of staff for being unprofessional.

Any personal comments directed at anyone is not okay and I completely understand wanting to attack back but that never works when you're in a position like Respawn is. PR companies exist for a reason and it’s for reasons like this. You can't expect players to want to pay 180 dollars or more on one event and expect everyone to act in a civil manner, nor can you if you respond by calling players freeloaders/ explicit.

After this recent disaster which was completely avoidable, I'm unsure if I will continue this podcast. On one hand I love making the show and it's doing pretty well thanks to you the listener but on the other hand, do I want to support a game that not only doesn't respect my time as a player but also neither does the developers. There'll be at least one more episode but for now, I need to reflect on the future of Kings Canyon Radio.

Respawn Drops The Ban Hammer On More Cheaters - Episode 16 Kings Canyon Radio - Apex Legends Podcast

Welcome Jump Masters to a newly created episode of Kings Canyon Radio, your number one (in my mind) Apex Legends Podcast. Today’s episode is one of those slow ones that don’t really have a lot of content, similar to Apex Legends. Anyhoo we do discuss what’s happen with challenges as we investigate into if they are focused on characters you don’t play. I also breakdown the details of the recent update that includes a bunch of fixes and ways to deal with cheaters plaguing the game.
